Introduction

Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m a 20 year-old sophomore at HCC who’s majoring in Mass communications and Journalism. I have always wanted to be a writer in some way in my career. Whether it’s writing stories for the news or making books for a general audience, writing has been my passion ever since I was young. I hope to use my degree as support to get into covering news stories.

One thing I love to do outside of writing is traveling! I’ve been to a lot of areas outside of the country. I’ve been to the Bahamas, Canada, Italy and my favorite, Japan! Many of my blog posts might be about my traveling stories as I have a lot to tell! Another big feature about me is I’m a performer at heart. Ever since elementary school, I have participated in school chorus and theatre shows. In highschool, I participated in a theatre troop at Alonso High School. I’ve won many awards and participated in tons of shows. At the bottom of the post, there is a picture of me participating in a monologue from Lord of the Rings as the character Smeagol! My blog also might cover some of these moments.
